With a win-win to mitigate climate change, Amai repurposes discarded grains from the brewing industry into a 100% biodegradable single-use alternative to traditional paper and plastic cups. With over thirty years experience in product development through high-volume manufacturing, Jeannine is excited to embark on the next phase of growth for Amai, scaling operations to more than one million cups per month to meet growing demand.

Liz Weaver - Director of Marketing, GTF Technologies

Liz Weaver is a passionate and dynamic Marketing Director at GTF Technologies, an innovative manufacturer providing technology to solve some of the world's most challenging problems around waste. Liz loves blending creativity and strategic thinking to drive business results. With six years of product development, merchandising, marketing, and sales experience in the CPG space, Liz was thrilled to take on B2B marketing for GTF three years ago. Drawn to GTF’s mission to change the narrative from “food waste” to “food asset” and creating profitable, sustainable, and philanthropic solutions for businesses.

Harry McIlwraith - General Manager, The Upcycled Beauty Company

Harry graduated from the University of Bath in 2009 where he studied Chemistry. He joined the contract manufacturer Acheson & Acheson Ltd, starting off as Laboratory Technician and worked his way to Technical Manager before joining The Upcycled Beauty Company as General Manager in 2020. In 2023, Harry was also invited to join the Advisory Committee of the Sustainable Beauty Coalition formed by the British Beauty Council.
