Amanda Oenbring - CEO, Upcycled Food Association & Executive Director, Upcycled Food Foundation

As newly appointed CEO of Upcycled Food Association (UFA) Amanda Oenbring brings a wealth of experience in community collaboration, climate philanthropy, and global movement building, previously scaling international membership at 1% for the Planet and leading environmental nonprofit network expansion at EarthShare. She found the perfect blend of her interests in business, sustainability and food via an MBA in Sustainable Systems and a Sustainable Food and Agricultural Systems Certificate from Bainbridge Graduate Institute (now Presidio Graduate School) having previously completed her B.A. in Communication Studies at Westmont College. You can find Amanda homesteading several acres in Oregon with her family.

Tara Dalton - Circular Supply Chain Manager, Food Loss and Waste Team, WWF

Tara Dalton is the Circular Supply Chain Manager for the Food Loss and Waste Team. She oversees the U.S. Food Waste Pact, a unique voluntary agreement engaging businesses across the supply chain in meaningful, collaborative action to reduce food waste. During her tenure she has grown the business engagement in the Pact and with WWF, by steering pilot projects and multi-sector Working Groups that promote innovative solutions and accelerate progress toward our food waste reduction targets. 

Molly Laverty - Director, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Del Monte

Molly is the Director of Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) at Del Monte Foods. During her 14+ years in the sustainability field, she has worked closely with stakeholders across various agricultural sectors including coffee and specialty crops. She is committed to strategically managing environmental sustainability goals and impact. Molly has extensive experience in environmental, social and economic sustainability, as well as corporate governance. Molly earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in Sustainable Enterprise from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Washington University.
